Lab / Office Space

The region of Greater Manchester, East Lancashire and East Cheshire contains a rich collection of sites offering lab and/or office space to businesses including healthcare companies, from long established science parks such as Manchester Science Parks, to recently-established creative media spaces such as the Sharp Project. Incubation for start-up healthcare enterprises is included at a number of these sites and similar support will be extended across the region as part of the GM AHSN programme.

Greater Manchester, East Lancashire and East Cheshires vibrant and active network of science parks, innovation centres, incubators, NHS organisations and academic institutes should enable any company to find lab or office space to suit their needs and to provide the links, contacts and support they require to build their business.
