What personal data do we collect?
We log your Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to receive and send information from and to you over the internet, and to log visits to the website via standard web analytic software.
When you submit an enquiry to either an Innovation Nexus Associate or to the GM AHSN Advisory Team you will be asked to provide some personal data such as your name, email address and telephone number. You will also be asked to provide information about your company and your innovation.
To whom will we disclose your personal data?
All information submitted through forms on the Innovation Nexus will be sent to the recipient(s) specified and will be stored and accessed by the GM AHSN and any agents involved in delivering the Innovation Nexus service. This information will be stored securely and, except as set out previously, will not be passed on or sold to any third party, unless we are obliged to do so by law.
Confidentiality
Do not submit any personal or corporate information that you do not want to share with the GM AHSN or its agents delivering the Innovation Nexus service.
Confidential Disclosure Agreements can be put in place if you require advice from the GM AHSN Advisory Team and need to share confidential information.
How do we use your personal data?
Personal data submitted to an Innovation Nexus Associate will be received by them and handled as per their own organisation?s data protection policy. GM AHSN accepts no responsibility for handling of your personal data by third party associates once your enquiry is submitted.
Personal data submitted through the Innovation Nexus will be stored and accessed by the GM AHSN and its agents delivering the Innovation Nexus service.
Primarily, your personal data will be used to respond to the enquiry that you have submitted. This is likely to involve use of your telephone and/or email address to contact you to provide a response to your enquiry.
Secondly, your personal data will be used by the GM AHSN to request feedback from you regarding the service you have received. Anonymous data relating to your organisation will be used by the GM AHSN to report on service usage and impact. You may be contacted at a later date by the GM AHSN to obtain follow up information relating to key performance indicators for the GM AHSN (job creation and investment).
Thirdly, your personal data may be used by the GM AHSN to communicate news or opportunities to you that the GM AHSN has identified as being relevant to you based on your enquiry.
